App and administration
User groups, features, devices and the administration area determine development scope.
SolutionsApp development
We develop apps for your customers, partners or staff, including administration and connections to existing systems. For iPhone and Android, with tablet and browser support where needed.
On the left a phone with the app as its users see it: three entries, the top one new. On the right a tablet with a customer’s admin area: the entries with the status “published” or “scheduled”, the one just published highlighted on both. Below it the line: published in the admin area, in the app on iPhone and Android at once.
In practice
Apps for standalone business models and for work within a business.

Hospitality app
Newly founded, with the app as the business: guests scan the QR code at the table, order and pay in the app. Every business maintains its menu and processes in its own area.
Our client later sold the business for a figure in the millions.

Provider of medical hearing therapy
CleverFox: hearing training on the iPad in the practice and as an app at home - both sides on the same status.

Fishing brand
The app for an existing brand: ZECK+ brings new fishing videos to phone, tablet and TV - without ad breaks, and for download too.
Audit firm
A standalone app supports stocktaking at client sites and exchanges recorded data with the main system through interfaces.

„Gemeinsam haben wir mehrere Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt, welche täglich von etlichen Benutzern genutzt werden.“
Sandra Meggert-Kappner · Managing Director, Kog. Kon. GmbHApp and administration
An app often needs an administration area behind it. This example shows how smartphone content and browser-based management can work together.
Approach
We start with the part that has to prove itself first and develop further as soon as your users show what is missing. You commission each step separately.
A clear picture of the first version - and of what deliberately comes later.
Who uses the app, what does it have to do on day one, what should it achieve for your business? That defines the scope of the first version.
A tested initial version for the agreed devices and distribution method.
We develop the agreed first version, test it on target devices with your users and support publication or internal distribution.
An app that grows with you - and a named contact for it.
New operating system versions, feedback from your users, new functions: we keep the app up to date and develop it further with your business.
Let us talk about what the first version of your app could look like.
Book a callProject scope
We estimate a defined first version, considering the whole product rather than just the visible screens.
User groups, features, devices and the administration area determine development scope.
Data storage, existing systems, payments and devices need to work together.
Testing, publication, hosting and future updates are considered from the start. Ongoing services are agreed separately.

Then we start with the part that has to prove itself first and develop further as soon as your users show what is missing. You commission each step separately.
Both platforms can share a technical foundation. We establish which device-specific functions and tests your app needs.
We support submission under your name and questions during review. We agree the required accounts, content and approvals with you. Store operators decide on acceptance.
Then we take a look at it. Sometimes developing it further pays off, sometimes a fresh start is cheaper - we tell you before you commission anything.
Scope includes more than the app interface: administration, data storage, integrations, testing and publication belong in the estimate. Ongoing operation and development are considered separately.
Contact
Who is your app for, and which task should it solve? A short description is enough to start. We will discuss what belongs in the first version.
