Business software is more than a technical task to us.
It connects people, information and decisions. That is why every project starts with the workflow: who works how, with what data, and where the delay appears. Only then does it follow which application, which interface and which use of AI makes sense.
We work in small teams directly with your departments, take things into production and hand over completely: source code, data and documentation stay with you. ElbDesk grew out of that same work — an ERP framework that handles predictable processes reliably and stays open where a company does things its own way.

For more than fifteen years I have been guiding companies through digital transformation — from strategic advice through to technical delivery.
I accompany every project personally, from beginning to end. Because developing a solution that genuinely fits takes more than collecting requirements. You have to understand how a company actually works, where its strengths lie and what it does better than others.
That is where we start. What comes out of it are solutions that not only work technically but fit the company, get used day to day and support what is already working.
