Everything every application needs and nobody should build twice: sign-in and permissions, workspaces with several windows, tasks, chat, calendar and documents attached to the transaction, search - in the office, in the browser and on the phone.

ERP modules

If you have an ERP for that, it stays: the modules stay switched off, and your application is connected where possible. If you need them, they are there - from quote to year-end close: quote, order, delivery note, invoice, reminder, purchase order, goods receipt, bank, cash, VAT. Stock levels, batches, serial numbers, tier prices.

Objections

  • Isn’t this just a standard product with customisations after all?

    No. The Core is standard so that it does not get in the way. Your process is not configured in screens but built right into the system - with its own screens and workflows.

  • We already have an ERP.

    Then it stays. Your application runs on the ElbDesk foundation alongside it - accounts and warehouse stay out of it, and it is connected where possible. You do not get a second ERP.

  • Won’t you always recommend your own system?

    Usually yes, because sign-in, permissions, workspaces and collaboration are already there and you do not pay for them twice. Where ElbDesk adds nothing - a pure portal, a pure interface - we say so and build standalone.
